Refund policy

SummitRP Tebex store refund and subscription terms. Last updated July 13, 2026.

Overview

Due to the nature of our live service, all rewards and digital goods are granted immediately upon purchase. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you waive your right to withdraw from this purchase under EU consumer protection laws once the digital service is delivered.

No Refunds by Default

As stated in our Terms of Service and Server Rules, all Tebex purchases are final and non-refundable. Purchased items may not be traded, gifted, or sold in-character or out-of-character.

We encourage players to carefully review purchases before completing them.

Discretionary Exceptions

We do not offer refunds except in extreme or drastic extenuating circumstances. Examples of circumstances that may qualify include:

Financial hardship
Serious illness
Death in the family
Other significant real-life emergencies

Refunds under these circumstances are granted solely at our discretion and are not guaranteed.

Subscription Cancellations

If you wish to cancel a recurring subscription, you must do so directly through Tebex. This process is fully automated and ensures your subscription does not renew.

Requests to cancel subscriptions through Discord tickets will result in delays due to limited staff availability. We strongly recommend using the automated link above for faster processing.

Important Reminders

Tebex provides multiple notices 20–30 days prior to subscription renewals, as well as reminders closer to the renewal date.
Failure to cancel a subscription before the renewal date will not qualify for a refund unless under extreme circumstances.
Chargebacks will result in bans from the server as outlined in our Terms of Service.
Chargebacks are considered fraudulent by payment processors and result in fees for the server. These fees create financial strain, which is why chargebacks are strictly against our rules. We encourage players to reach out to staff first if they encounter any payment issues.
