SummitRP may collect certain personal and non-personal information when you use our services:
- Discord OAuth: When you sign in with Discord, we collect your username, global display name, email address, avatar, unique Discord ID, guild membership status, and guild roles (authorization scope: identify, email, guilds).
- Website usage: We may collect your IP address, browser type, device type, and pages you visit through analytics tools.
- Session data: Authentication cookies are set by NextAuth to keep you signed in.
- Game data: We collect and store in-game information linked to your account, including character data, job information, vehicle ownership, wealth statistics, and other gameplay metrics displayed on your dashboard.
- Admin and audit data: IP addresses may be logged for privileged administrative actions to maintain platform security.
- Store purchases: Payments are processed by Tebex. SummitRP does not directly store your payment card or billing details.
How We Use Your Information
- Provide, maintain, and improve our website, dashboard, and in-game services
- Authenticate your account and verify Discord guild membership
- Display your character progress and gameplay statistics
- Communicate important updates and service notifications
- Enforce community rules and prevent fraud or abuse

How We Share Your Information
- SummitRP does not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.
- We may share information with third-party service providers that assist us in operating our services, including Discord (authentication), Tebex (payment processing), hosting providers (Vercel), database hosting (MongoDB), and analytics providers (Umami and Google Tag Manager).
- We may disclose your personal information if required to do so by law or in response to a valid request from law enforcement or other governmental authority.
Cookies & Analytics
We use session cookies to maintain your authenticated login state. We use Umami for privacy-focused website analytics (page views, custom events, and Core Web Vitals) and Google Tag Manager for additional analytics. When you are signed in, Umami may receive a non-email Discord user ID so visits can be linked across sessions. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings, though disabling cookies may affect certain features such as sign-in. Browser Do Not Track settings are respected for Umami collection where supported.
Data Security
SummitRP takes reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, we cannot guarantee absolute security, and you provide your information to us at your own risk.
Your Rights & Choices
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete information
- Request deletion of your personal data

SummitRP does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. Our services are intended for adults aged 18 and older. If you are under 18, you may not use our services.
